Ambos grupos se manifestarán un día antes de su actuación prevista en el Ozzfest el 21 de junio. La asociación Citizens For Peace And Respect protestará en el centro de Denver, aunque querían hacerlo al lado del Capitolio de Colorado. Por otro lado la organización Citizens For The Protection Of The Right To Free Speech han solicitado, también, poder manifestarse en los alrededores del Capitolio de Colorado, para hacer frente al otro mitín. Según el Denver Post La Division Of Central Services no ha dado permiso a ninguno de los dos grupos para poder manifestarse.
