after contacting people re. sponsorship I find it tricky when saying how to get back to us. I was thinking that maybe, temporarily we should include some kind of link for possible sponsors. So that a sponsor can click on the link and fill out the form (which is then sent to an e-mail address?) on line, as-in the form everyone has on paper. We could include the same info as the paper form but it would also give some kind of central base for sponsors to contact us.

yeah, very good idea. im kinda busy at the moment so if you want to build a page like that. when your done you could email it to me or something and i will link it up and up load it for you + well done on getting a sponsor
