This is an example you can use to help follow the guidlines above:

Horse:Fluffy
Gender: [stallion, mare, gelding, filly, colt]Mare
Scenario: [either vet or spa] Spa
Requesting: Fluffy should be turned out once a day for 30 minutes in a 1/2 acre paddock. No other horses. Feed alfalfa pellets, hay, small ration oats, joint supplements. Aqua therapy once a week.
Special comments about your horse? [behavior w/others, special allergies, etc] none.
Payment: [$20 per horse for spa, free if horse recommended here by vet] $20

Repeat that for how ever many horses you are brining here.
