Of course he says he's not stalking you. Stalkers NEVER say they are stalking someone. It is always is their mind that they want to "reason" with the person they are stalking, or they just want to "talk". They believe there is something going on "between" them and their victims. Their victims may never have even met their stalker, or have had a previous relationship but have since cut off all contact, but in the stalkers mind that makes no difference. My advice is to contact the police immediately.
