Subject: A hard lesson about growing up

Foster Care is a hard lesson in growing up. We are told what to do all the time, have a set of rules to follow written down so we wont forget.

We are not treated like other children and now looking back the children of the foster parents were treated differently because they remembered the rules and did not have to look at the written ones???? I think not.

Foster care failed because no one planned out what type of family could take care of us so we were moved around like checkers at the will of everyone but us.

Our education was hampered by the school telling us that we used town resourses and should be schooled in our own cities and they actually made it impossible to receive an education and caused me and many others to quit at 15.

Only one teacher was a mentor and teacher and almost got fired for trying to help us. Bless him.

I will be posting much more this is a first one and please join me and letting us know exactly what you feel about foster care.

Remember, if there are any, good stories are needed also.
