- my daughter and i had the fortunate opportunity of attending the first garagiste festival in 2011 Jenny ... although, i don't think we will be able to make another journey cross-country so soon again in 2012
- i truly hope that you are able to attend this year though ... you will enjoy every moment ... and, it will be interesting to see if there are any new surprises in store for the festival in 2012?!
- i'm also hoping that Stephen Rowe and his band will be back for a return engagement in 2012! ... if so, try to make plans to attend the "after-party"!
- thought you might enjoy this video of "Don't Kick My Dog" by Stephen Rowe which has a cameo appearance by Stewart as one of those "shady attorney" types! (SFM is the man wearing the dark jacket and "nerdy" black-rimmed glasses).

Hi BC,
Thanks so much for the video. Had you not pointed out SFM, I would never had recognized him!
I spoke to him via e-mail last week about getting tickets to attend the festival; but they are still working on putting everything together. I joined the mailing list to make sure I get them when they come out. Since it was a sell-out last year, I'm nervous I'll somehow miss getting ticket. I'm glad you were able to attend. I saw somewhere on here the highlights of your trip and it sounds like you had an awesome time! There's so much I want to do when I get out there, but I also hope to be able to talk to SFM.

Since you're already on the Garagiste mailing list ... you should have an opportunity to purchase tickets earlier than when they are offered for sale to the general public ...
- at least that's how it was last year.

Oh thank you! That makes me feel a little better. I want one of the glasses that were so coveted last year. And, for some reason, when I told my mom I was going to wine country this year, she told me to bring her back a shirt. LOL.
