My friend in NY was not effected except for a little wind and rain.

My friend from CA who was visiting relatives in Maine lost power and had to drive to the house of some friends, 40 miles away, to find a place with water and power.

My cousins in NJ lost water and power. Hand washing with pool water and drinking out of water bottles. Taking day trips with the kids to places with power and water. I need to check today to see if things are back up yet.

Friend in PENN, had some heavy wind and rain but fine.

So sad about deaths, flooding, animal deaths, damage, so many suffering . . . They are in my thoughts and prayers.
