Sunday Liam woke and the clock said six and I was so excited he slept so late until my husband reminded me that we sprang forward an hour.
I have enjoyed having more daylight in the evening and I am already chronically sleep deprived so it was not really a big adjustment.

I went to the doctor Friday and I need to lose 14 pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight but he gave me the okay to start working out and so I am going to have to fit something in.

I remember those days very well Gigi!
- catchin' an hour or two of rest whenever you can
- all the days and nights seem to run into one with no real break in between
- hang in there, it will get better and better

and, I know you'll be back to you old self in no time ...
- once you're able to establish some sort of regular routine again.

Whenever you can, it would be nice to see a few photos of Liam from time to time ...
- they grow and change so quickly
- especially during that first year!

I hope you and your family have a nice day today!
- BC
