when you find a vid that you like ...
located below the vid itself ...
there is a "share" button ...
when pressed, this will give you a
1. "link code" and
2. an "embeded code" ...

to post the vids directly onto the message board here ...
"copy" the "embeded" code ...
"paste" it into the "post a message box"
then, when you "preview" your message ...
before posting on the board ...
you should be able to see the video in the "preview message box" ...
then, enter the required "captcha" here at "Stewart's place" ...
and, press "send"

side note: sometimes the vid's only provide a "link" ...
and, they will not give you an "embeded code" ...
in that case, you only have one choice available ...
so, you "copy and paste" the "link"
