Too funny BC! I like Marilyn Monroe's view, "What the Hell, is always a good idea"! Of course, in the end that phrase probably should have been tweeked a bit. Frankly, I didn't see it until you pointed it out! Guess I can check off editor from my bucket list. Hope you all had a great 4th. I was up in Canada on Vancouver West Coast as far north as possible driving a car. Weird to see posts of "keep alert for bear and wolves!" while out hiking. Didn't see any,(darn) but had a great time anyway. Took a zodiac out of Ucluelet to the Broken Islands Chain to view a humpback and 3 gray whales. AMAZING! Both the ride and the whales. Wow! Swells were 6-10 feet, luckily our guide was an expert on handling the boat. We were bundled in survival suits and ponchos. Felt like the Michelan Man but I was greatful for the protection. Getting wet was part of the adventure with salt spray at every swell. If you get the chance, it's worth it! Heading over to the San Juans for a kayak trip in a couple of weeks. Hoping to glimpse Orcas. Enjoy the summer, hope it stays below 100 for some of you. Love, Ann
