Personally I would just contact them and tell them that when you opened the toy the smokestacks were missing. They make millions of those things - you are not going to tell me that every hundred thousand or so one won't go out with something missing. Hasbro is a multi-billion dollar company and they are not about to fold over the cost of one set of smokestacks, so I wouldn't worry so much about what you tell them. Go phone/write/email, get your parts, and enjoy your toy, that's my advice. :-)
