Generally, yes.

I got the Korean Brave Maximus and the only differences are:
(1) All writing is in Korean instead of Japanese.
(2) Korean catalogue with a few differences - doesn't show the basic Preds (possibly not sold in Korea) and Korean Mach Alert has the word POLICE written in English on the doors instead of the Japanese writing for Police Dept.
(3) *No* tech specs card. This sucks.
(4) The Autobot insignia on the tower is applied upside-down. This also sucks.

Other than that, the toy is identical to the Japanese version.
