I've heard about a lot of re-Starscreams being returned in the US. It's suspected that some of it is parents buying the wrong Starscream(kids wanting the Armada version). I think some of it is the lengthened missiles too, often from nostalgia freaks who don't know about it until they see it. Hasbro really hid those missiles in the box, too.

I got a Takara Starscream for $35 US, actually. Though I may wimp out and buy the other 2 seekers, then get old missiles and launchers for them.

Godbomber is rare in terms of US avaiability. At least, it was the case, I guess. And yeah, the set is the most fair priced of all of them. $50 compared to $35 for Starscream? Even Prime and Magnus were $40 each, a bit much domestically.

The missile alteration is expected, but it's no big deal on this toy. Technically, Super Ginrai came over unscathed. Ironically, god Ginrai has shorter stacks than PM Prime. And I do suspect some of them may be repackaged stock.

I also cracked one of the wings, trying to stick a silver gun in the peg hole. Just a small hairline crack around the raised peg hole, nothing bad. Granted, if I get $50 spare, I'd be half tempted to buy another, swap the piece, and return the spare.

Unfortunately, now I'm half tempetd to get a PM Prime just ut of morbid inetrest in the inferiority.
