I Have a room to let.

The Room :-
(2.5 x 3.4m)
South facing room with large window
with built in wardrobe (not part of the floor space)
Rent inlcudes the majority of the garage
(5.4 x 2.8m) for car or whatever.
(Last person used as office)

Share rest of house and yard.
