with built in wardrobe (not part of the floor space)

(2.8 x 2.8m)
Northerly Facing room with large window
with small built-in wardrobe.(not part of the floor space)

Rent inlcudes use of the garage for storage

there is a double bed avaliable (+$5/w), and the house is fully furnished. (the microwave is on order)
