No, I'm sorry. Reread the official announcement on transformers.com. It's Storm Jet who is the Deluxe. Obsidian was always slated to be a basic sized toy. That way Hasbro gets to put out one more RiD toy apiece in Basic, Deluxe and Mega size to freshen up those cases.

I know a lot of us hoped for the Deluxe sized prototype of Obsidian, but it was always intended to be the basic. Sorry. :-(
