Freedom of Speech (which you conveniently mispelt three times, btw) is an inalienable right.

As Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

Now, that's not to say that there absolutely NO limitations of the freedom of speech. After all, the entire concept of freedom of speech was popularised by 19th Century scholars who wanted to create a basis of freedom in order to allow people to discover the truth. If people are not working to expose truth, and certainly if they are working against the truth, then such rights are no longer relevant.

This is expressed in Article 30:
"Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein."

This means that people such a racists, sexists and homophobes are not entitled to freedom of speech/expression, since their opinion infringes upon the liberties, freedom and underlying humanity of other people.

This is why domain hosts are allowed to delete your site if it contains any material which promotes such kinds of prejudices.

For further reading into how the notion of Freedom of Speech works, have a brief read over the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and also, as I've mentioned several times before, check out "Illusions of Equality" by David E. Cooper.
