I know what you mean. It seem's to me that most of the cars look good with nothing to back them up. So I built my car last winter. It's a silver 69 Chevelle with black stripe's and purple pearl over those stripe's. Look's good. But it also has a BES LS-7 bottom end with Brodix BB2 heads and Brodix HVH Dominator intake.A healthy Comp Cam's solid roller, a Pro system's 1050 Dominator and to top it off a NOS Cheater system. So far the best ET is 10.78 @ 123 MPH That's on the motor through the pipe's and on DOT tire's. I look for the car to lay down some 9 second number's on the spray. Now I know what some of you are thinking. Ahh it's an all striped down race car posing as a street car. NOT!!! It has a full interior It's all steel except for the hood and it weigh's in at a hefty 3750lbs. I drive it on the street on a regular basis. If you live in the cincinnati, ohio area. You can catch me at one of the local cruise in or at Edgewater.
