Subject: I NEED HELP PLEASE! Author: Angel K. (sad) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 21:22:19 01/29/09 Thu I have a 9-yr old little girl that is in need of some help. She has been diagnosed with dyslexia. The school board of education here does not recognize dyslexia as a learning "issue". (I will not call it a learning disability for it isnt! It is just a different learning style.) I need help in finding her some help either by a tutor or what ever. I am to the point to where I want to cry. My daughter is classified as being too smart for LD classes but too slow for regular class. Any ideas or help is and will always be greatly appreciated!
