If these numbers are percentage scores, I am concerned about the span of scores. Math and Reading Comprehension are alright--the rest are borderline to the lower end of barely acceptable.
I retired several years ago as a dyslexic educator/literacy specialist and I would need to personally evaluate your child to venture any firm conclusions. That being said, if I was shown these scores for a student, I would recommend that further testing be done. If the difficulty is getting in the way of an effective education, in my opinion, it needs to be promptly addressed.
I hope this proves helpful. I was in your position with my son years ago and was told not to worry. Do not give up. Listen to your instincts. If you think there is a problem, there is. In all my years of teaching, if a parent was concerned, there was a darn good reason fo it. God bless and good luck.
