Need someone to talk to

For many years I have had suicidal thoughts which progressed in my 20's to self injury and outbursts of rage. Im always depressed. There is a voice in my head that i hear during these times and she hates me. She tears me down from the inside out. When I have these episodes it's as if she is in control of my body and i'm helpless to her torture. I recently got married and she has wiped almost all memory of my wedding day from my mind all i have is pictures now. I have very vivid memories of bad things that have happened to me throughout my life but very foggy and very few memories of the good things. My husband has dealt with this for 7 years and still loves me thank god. I am getting help from both counselors and psychiatrists monthly and have recently been put on seroquil. It controls the episodes but im not me anymore im this unemotional zombie now. What do i do? Who do I talk to? I feel like such a burden. I really need a friend who understands what its like.
