Subject: Idea: MRC grand epic Marshall Plan!!

I talked to VR and Axetha yesterday, while we were grinding/powerleveling (I on Psycho and VR's friend were powerleveled), and it evolved into this idea:

How about making a MRC grinding day, where everyone who wants, go out and grind? We will make an event out of it, and we can mix the grinding groups with lowbies (40+), so they can earn a helluva lot of XP. The plan is then that everyone sends the money they grinded to the bank, and all the green equipment to Psychosmurfa (Atlant) for Disenchant.

The idea is then, when we get enough money, that we begin buying epic mounts. I know that this poses a problem, since giving somebody 800g of worth, may make him significantly less motivated to grind for the others who need this.

But I got a plan: The bank will give a person who asks for it 500g. Of these 500, the bank will give 250g, while the last 250g will be a loan, that has to be paid back. The last 300g the person has to pay himself.

That way the bank won't have too much money at stake on a single person. We paid the 250, so that is his, and then we only borrowed him 250. And of course we will start with the most trusted members, and those most active in PvP (what the hell do you need an epic mount for in PvE?).
Furthermore we will track each person's contribution to the guild grinding when we decide who can have a loan/payment.

After we have done this with our epic mounts, we could continue the plan with epic equipment, where we pay half and borrow the rest, and we only do this offer for 50% of the item's value.

If everyone is interested, then we could have 20-30 ppl out grinding. It would quickly give the bank a helluva lot of money, and we would be able to field epic mounts already in a few weeks - which will greatly enhance our strength in BG's.
Some people will have to be patient, but everyone with the right guild spirit, will still see his work in action, when he is in a BG - the success of his guildmate on his epic, is partly his.

How does this sound? If you like the idea, I would like to try and make it happen already from next week.
