seriously, guys...

if a guy fucks up 3 times!! thats way too much for a merc. noone should be allowed to stay in our guild if he is such a bad player.
sure, he wouldnt stay anyways, but I definitely propose that we do not give them the chance to stay that long. otherwise the public will see us as a guild that is glad to keep every single player on this server.
IMO if someone fucks up the whole raid for stupidity, he should be kicked by the 2nd time he does so.

dario, no offense, but before you put something like this penalty system on the public board, you should talk about it with us. I would have never agreed to giving them the chance to stay after showing such a lack of teamplay and knowledge of the situation.

we really are going to become one of those huge mass-recruiting guilds. and I dont like the idea. to prevent that, we should take drastic measures in my opinion. otherwise we will never reach the upper-pvp-guild-lvl that we are aiming for - we will only be known because of our numbers...

I suggest we put up something like a trial system - ppl have to do 1 instance run and 1 pvp event with some of the HC in their first 4 weeks in the guild to stay a merc (well something like this, a topic to be discussed here =).
if they play quite well (or at least show willingness to improve) they are welcome to stay. if they dont listen and fuck up repeatedly, theyre out.

thats my opinion, what does the rest of the HC think of it?
