That is a very good question. They had a release date over a year back.

But the system was like everything else you see out there (like WoW/EQ), you flag something and attack.
They have been remaking the combat system totally.

A guild beta is about to start, where only some guilds, that have been following the game, will participate. And they say that they have created the entire world.

But they still have some way to go. I read for instance about naval warfare, that was far from done yet. And Im not sure mounts are in yet either.

I wouldn't hold my breath for the next at least 6 months, maybe even 12.
