The scene opens on the RAW arena, where the crowds are out in force, chanting "RAW FOREVER!!" and "OUTLAW SUCKS!!" Signs are everywhere, with all sorts of pro-RAW slogans like "Wanted dead or alive: OUTLAW" and "CHULA: Hang 'em high". The RAW main screen flickers on, and Pantera's promo clip starts playing. It's interrupted by highlights of last week's Bloodzone and When Worlds Collide.

Pantera is woken up by Killer Instinct and groggily covers X-Con for the pin and the Intercontinental and Tag Team Championships; and last week, her vicious Killer Championship match, the bottom of her outfit tearing (and covered by pixels) as she falls out of the ring, looking exhausted.

No music is playing, however, and the scenes fade to black.

Pantera's voice: Well, I have a few things to say about all THAT!!

Pantera strides out from the back, Intercontinental belt over her shoulder, the Tag Team belt around her waist. The crowd are up on their feet! Chants of "PAN-TER-A!!" "PAN-TER-A!!" are echoing through the stadium!! She stands with microphone in hand, her normally wild hair tied and back and braided; her black cropped shirt simply emblazoned with an American flag, and her normal black boots now white She walks out to the very top of the ramp and waits slowly for the chants and hollering to die down.

Pantera: First things first. I am feeling MUCH better since last week. I don't think I can say the same for Luney.......

The crowd ERUPTS in chants of "RAW! RAW! RAW!!" before dying down again......Pantera raises her microphone again and slowly starts pacing along the top of the ramp down to the ring....

Pantera: There's a few things I want to get to about the way RAW is, the situation with Silent RAGE...

She lowers the microphone again as chants of "RAGE!" "RAGE!" "RAGE! break out.......then she speaks again.....

Pantera: And a few other things. First of all, I'm not using my music for the time being. This....She pats the American flag on her chest... is more important than me, than Silent RAGE, and RAW and IUWF. Until this country starts healing from those lousy, dirty, down in the f*cking dirt fanatics and we go out there and kick their asses so hard they don't know which way is up.....

"USA!" "USA!" come the chants from the crowd....they are ROARING it so the entire arena seems to shake with the sound.....far louder than anything in the building so far.......and finally it dies down again.....

Pantera: ......then my music is quiet. It's a mark of respect for those true heroes that lost their lives.

There's a long moment of quiet in the arena at this and then the crowd starts returning to its former self.

Pantera: Okay, let's tick things off here. First of all, the Universal Champion, one Mister Kill-ah Instinct.

Some people begin chanting "Kill-ah"....and others are cheering his name.....

Pantera: Now, if I understand it right, then Kill....Killer....has got his memory back and now things are all right and good in the world. WELL, IT'S NOT!! Killer, you and the One Move Master gave me a lot of sh!t over the last month or so, and I took not one, but a few shots to the head and I'm just supposed to forget about it? I DON'T THINK SO. I'll fight for RAW....that's one reason I joined Silent RAGE....but I don't know if I can trust you, Killer. You're the Universal Champion, and I'll give you props for that....but the way I see it, the champions have to show a united front against IUWF, and I gotta know you got my back before I do the same for you. So I'm saying it here and now, Killer Instinct....I want you to talk about what's gone down between us. No BS, no steak cooking, no nothing. I want to hear from your own lips whether if we're in the ring together I'm not going to eat chair. I hear that from you and we're sweet. If I don't, then you can be sure I'm coming after your title. And you.

Some sections of the crowd applaud her at this....others are still cheering for KI.....

Pantera: Now that leads right onto the second thing. These belts. I won the Tag Team Championships with Poppa, and I got no problems at all defending them with him. And I'll do that against anyone, including our opponents, Shadow and Maniak Killah. I've seen you two in action before, and I don't really GIVE A DAMN who you're sided with. BPC proved himself to me when we set things aside in Silent RAGE and we will REMAIN Tag Team Champions of the World and that's the way it's going to remain!!

The crowd yells and gets right behind Pantera again!! They're cheering and hollering "RAGE!!" "RAGE!!"

Pantera: Which brings me to this.....She holds up the Intercontinental belt in one hand and then lays it down on the ramp.... This is something I've wanted.....maybe not as much as the Universal Championship, but I'm sure as glad as hell I took it off the One Move Master, who's gone hiding under a rock and looks like he may have joined IUWF.....well, trash is as trash does, I suppose......but the thing is I never, NEVER pinned him ONE TWO THREE. NEVER. I didn't earn this belt. I WANT to earn this belt, make it something that RAW can be proud of again. So I say this: This belt is on the line, 24/7. This goes out to anyone, in RAW, in IUWF, in Silent RAGE for that matter. I held the Tech Title against anyone who wanted a shot at it, and the same thing goes here. She picks up the belt again and puts it over her shoulder. I will bust my @ss to make this belt great.....and that means no friends, no favors. EVER.....

A wave of applause and cheers go through the crowd, along with the PAN-TER-A chant.....

Pantera: One last thing, and I'm outta here. This has got to do with our new Commish, The Chula. I got no problems with Tommy giving the Comissionership over to you. I know he thinks a lot of you and I respect that. But I have to tell you something: I didn't get to be called Queen of RAW by deed poll or anything else. I'm not taking a shot at you, what you did and who you are. But I've come to RAW having won two different belts, the Women's and the Imperial Belts in DPW, defending a third, the Tech Title here in RAW, and now defending two more. I think I earned my title here, Chula. If you have a problem with that, let me know and we'll settle it in the ring. That's no threat, I gotta let you know this now. But I have worked hard, taken the bumps and bled on that ring for what I got, and noone's taking that from me. Not even you. You got my support as RAW Comissioner. But try and take this from me and like I say, we'll settle up in the ring.

This produces an amazing buzz from the crowd......is Pantera jealous of Chula's success, or is she marking out and defending what she sees as hers? A lot will depend on Chula's response, if any......

Pantera: Oh yeah, I forgot something. Outlaw......YOU SUCK @SS!!

She drops the microphone and heads to the back as the chants of RAW!! RAW!! and OUTLAW SUCKS!! echo through the arena as the scene fades to black........
