Agreed, one hundred percent. same with GREASE 2--a great movie musical that will forever be overshadowed and unfavourably AND unfairly compared with the original.

it's also worth noting though that SHOCK which plays with concepts of reality. media manipulation and people's lives being in a controlled, tv studio atmosphere--came out a full TEN YEARS before the REAL WORLD and almost TWNTY years before TRUMAN SHOW/SURVIVOR/BIG BROTHER et al. so flawed tho it may, R'OB was certainly prescient in its concepts.
