What actually hapens is when you look at picture son the web a copy is stored on your hard drive. then when you go back to that page if its still on your hd it loads from there first, making the page load faster. depending on your preferences your cache eventually loses the photo as you surf other sites and new images overwrite it.
the real solution is to actually find time to be online more ofen and not rely on the kindness of FawnDude....ill have to find a provider on me own one day that lets me link....oh well...2 sides...why fix it if no one here, or if it here some 1 comes?
