She took a deep breath, to calm herself, and then, trying to look dignified as possible launched into the whole story from the start. She shook the officers hand as she intoduced herself.

"My name is Que Noctura, I am a Mediary from the planet Uaki, although most earthlings know it as Mercury. Understand officer, I'm a bit fuzzy on the whole thing myself, but, from what I understand, the whole reason for them taking on Rugby was to get to my skeleton.

"You see we Uakian's are born with skeletal structures that are similar to dimond, they might be even harder then that, but they are worth quite a lot on the black market. There's tons of myths on our skeltal structures as it is. People believe that if you remove our skeleton we can regrow one. That is not true. We would die just as any normal organic being would. Our bones are constenly filtering minerals from our vains, as our blood is posion to both organic and metal based beings, so that we can live, and turning the minerals into the dimond hard bones that compose our skeletons.

"As it is, this Iago -the ring leader-obviously wanted my skeleton for his own purposes. My guess is that he planed on braking it up, and selling the peices to differnt bidders. If our bones are charged with energon, the crystals will make any laser, or energy wepons, blast at least five times more powerful than an average blast. You can see why then Iago would want my skeleton. Most of our kind try to keep in groups, and stay in safe places. In the Sol galaxcy our bones are considered a Class-A Non Tradeable good, and therefore a person found with any peice, even the smallest, would face a long jail sentence and a hefty fine.

"Which would led you to wonder,why I was out here on Rugby in the first place? I was orignally sent out to meet with a repesentative on Cybertron. One Senator Quill, who was going to represent the colony on the planet that the famed scientest Botanica found. The Sol Congress was, and I believe still is interested in linking back up with the Transformers and becoming allies with them again. My mission was to talk to Quill and see if she could get any senators in the Senate to agree to meet with representatives from the Sol Congress.

"However I recived a message from the AOD not to go to Cybertron. I have no idea why that is. So I decided to remain on Rugby until I could figure out what to do. Also, it was a chance to get away from all the problems that seem to be croping up.

"As for my friend Cyphon. He infiltrated the group, for a reason I am unsure of, and wound up helping me. I'm not sure about his species, though they are replitious apparently in nature. How Iago knew I was here, that I have no answers to. Why he wanted to take me, my only guess was that he planed on using my bones as a black market scheme. I suppose he figured that a distraction and a large show would be made into news back in the Sol system, and bring about a large amount of buyers for my bones."

"Now have I answered enough of your questions? May I go see the two who helped me?"
