Two thin figures appear in the square, dressed in rags. They are barefoot and look like they have not eaten for days.

|Here| says the girl in satisfaction. Rubbing her shoulders, she sets down her apparently heavy bag.

The taller boy looks around at the people passing. |A place to start again.|

Her thin lips curve in a practiced sort of smirk. |Yeah. Look at them, humble, good-hearted peasants-| sneering, her eyes narrow as she scans the square. Her smile widens. |It’ll be easy.|

The boy frowns and glowers at her. |That’s not what I meant. This is a new place- we’ll have a different life here.|

She looks at him uncertainly. |What do you mean?|

Appearance: Long black hair in a thin braid, pale brown skin, sharp eyes.
Persona: Sharp tongued, suspicious. Not at all open or friendly. Used to a hard life; bitter at times. Wary. Something in her past keeps a dark shadow over her always.

Gender: Male
Age: 15
Appearance: Thick black hair, bronze brown skin; softer, darker eyes than his sister.
Persona: Easy to laugh, even though he has been through hard times. Smiles often. Almost the complete opposite of Robin. Curious about others, but won’t tell his own tale.
