�- -trudging over unwillingly but unable to wait anymore, she sat herself gently on the other side of Xiao Long, a firm smile on her face . taking a deep breath as the child glared at her suspisciously, she started in what she hoped was understandable Chinese.

�- -holding her breath in for a moment, she prayed to Suzaku that she had the introduction right.

..Still the child glared but nodded stiffly, indicating her staff..

..The five year old spoke slowly, as if not sure of her own words, before reverting back to Engligh..

�- -breathing a huge sigh in relief, she nodded with a smile and pulled off her silver cuffs, which seemed to go right through her skin.

�- -an intricate design of Chinese words were embended on her arm and though she rarely showed them, a sense told her that the child needed to see . holding out her right arm, her fingers flared open . muttering an incantation, she watched as the child's knowing eyes never wavered as the jet of water flared at the staff, cleansing it as if the blood had never existed.

..A light smile threatenly tugged at her mouth as she jumped at the teenager..
