Well I think the palmed paper clip by Palmer is a moot point because he, well no never mind. I was thinking that he had escaped during the 2nd Gerald Mcraney Ep but they took him out. So maybe it isn't a moot point! I do wonder why he hasn't used it yet though. Wonder what he thinks about Harm's plane going down...
About AJ's sister Adele. If AJ is from Texas what are the chances of both of them currently being in the DC area now and why has he never mentioned her again?
You have some good questions but I would have to agree with CJ though. I think that finding out how AJ got the Navy Cross would be the one I would really want to know. Something tells me that it might be classified though. Maybe Webb could find out.

I'd like to know if Harm or Mac have ANY friends that live in DC (outside of JAG people). I mean, we KNOW Harm is friends with Keeter, but don't they hang out with people in their apartment buildings or whatever? Also, I'd like to know more about Harriet and Bud's long-lost siblings.
