Vandaag is het rapport uitgekomen om tot verbeterigen te komen
na het trein ongeluk wat plaats vond in Engeland in 1999, de
zogenaamde "Ladbroke Grove crash" met 22 slachtoffers.

Een van de hoofdoorzaken was, dat de machinist die door een
rood sein reed, pas 13 dagen op de trein zat en een veel te korte opleiding
had.

De BBC news-site staat helemaal vol over dit nog steeds tragische ongeluk.
