Otherwise, the footage is fantastic. Really appreciate this service. Just wish my dancer's comps were not missing. :(

Looks like persistence paid off. Afternoon footage for Stage B on Friday 11/26 and Choreography + Drama on Stage D on Saturday 11/27 is now there. In fact they divided the footage into three (3) segments for each day so it's easier to find what you need. Not sure if anything else is missing but highly recommend follow up into VisionMixer to anyone else who catches something. They were very apologetic and caring in their efforts. Yay!
