The schools are different, but both have classes in the evening, and you don’t want to be driving through Minneapolis on I94 during rush hour to get to a dance class. If it turns out it is isn’t a good fit, you can reevaluate, but don’t spend an hour in traffic when a school that could serve your needs is only 15-20 minutes away.

If location really doesn’t matter, then I’d recommend visiting each school for your dancer to check out classes and talk to parents after you’ve talked to the TCs at each. Do the families seem warm and welcoming? Are the dancers the kind of kids you want your dancer around? I’d particularly scope out the dancers in your daughter’s age group and try to meet the dancers and their parents. This is really going to be your dancer’s (and your) peer group. One mean girl (or mean parent) can make everyone’s life miserable.
