Subject: Stage B Friday 11/26 Missing Footage

We also noticed at least 3 hours of footage are missing from Stage B starting at about 3:30 for the U16A Recalls and Set Rounds + Sets for all comps that followed. Also missing are Choreography comps on Stage D afternoon of Sat 11/27.

Thank you for the info on these two archives that have missing footage. I am currently working on the creation and upload of new archives from the recordings we have and the site should be updated in around 24 hours.


Please let me know if you have any trouble finding it on the archives page tomorrow, or if I can do anything else to help!

So let's check it out tomorrow and I would encourage you to also send emails to Vision Mixer to "put pressure" on the ask if they don't land there successfully tomorrow.

I re-checked after they asked me to wait 24 hours from yesterday, and the footage is still missing.

More pressure from other parents could help accelerate their attention into taking this seriously and fixing this. If you feel inclined please join in the fun in following up with these folks. I know they are busy with a lot of uploading after these events, but we all know this footage matters.

You can also submit a note on your mobile phone on the archives pages on the Vision Mixer website under each stage. There is a form you can submit where it says "Something Missing From the Archives?" I tried using this feature on my PC and it was not operational for me. Worked on my cell.

Just received this email update 3:41 pm CST from VisionMixer:

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and the delay on getting the archives fixed. Our team is working hard to get that fixed.
