Date Posted: 21:21:44 11/07/20 Sat In reply to: Priscila 's message, "Pianocorder repair in Broward Florida?" on 13:16:53 11/07/20 Sat Try Danny Geoghegan at http://www.dannyspianos.com/ Some questions to help troubleshoot the problem: When you use the cassette deck, does the PLAY key remain fully depressed after you push it? Can you see the tape head fully enter the plastic shell of the cassette? Does the tape seem to move at a consistent speed? Does adjusting the tempo control make any difference? Does the red "fine tuning" light on top of the tape deck ever turn off when a tape is playing? Do notes or pedals "try" to play at all when a tape is playing? Do ALL tapes fail to play, or only some? On the tapes that fail, is the little felt pressure pad behind the tape still intact? Do you remember any particular event (electrical storm etc.) after which the Pianocorder stopped working?
