Bob,

I just visited the website and found a reply to my message on 07/08/01. I expected to hear back by e-mail, but now I know I need to check the website. I am very interested in what you had to say...here is basically what is going on with my system:

I have a Pianocorder installed on a Marantz piano that I bought in 1984. The main problem at this time is that the player fine tuning is out of whack and needs repair. I have had a problem with the sustain pedal also had the exact sustain pedal almost since the day I bought the unit, but the dealer I purchased it from was never able to fix it.

I am not technical but would be interested in sending the player unit in for repair if you can contact me and/or give me instructions on how to disconnect the unit and send it in to you. You may reach me via email at lapowell@allwest.net or call me at (435) 783-8765 (Heber City, Utah). I would also like to know the cost of the repairs.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you.

Loretta Powell
