The Pianocorder system is quite hardy. Unless they really banged up the Piano, it is probably OK. Maybe just a connection has come loose from one of the components. Please describe in more detail about what is not working. Is it completely dead? Or just won't play? What?

If you want to check the wiring to make sure everything is tight, be sure to unplug it and wait for a minute until the capacitors have bled off - there is 170 volts lurking in there..

Check for dangling wiring cables that have become disconnected, etc.
