My ex hubby was similar.. only it was when his friends came around.. he could have been not talking to me for a week..(usually cause he suddenly got mad about something that happened a year ago..sometimes I never knew why).. but when "our" friends came over.. he would try to come over and put his arm around me.. and be all lovey..
I didn't have to worry about the sex part.. he wasn't very interested in that.. once a year.. once every 6 months..
(one of the problems with alcholoics)..
