Because they could go crashing around, causing raids, and everything. They could get into secret documents that The Dark Realm has kept safe for thousands of years. Serenes are not allowed to come into the castle, but they are allowed right outside the castle doors. With that, I bid you good evening." He bows, much to his own disgust, and sits down in his battered and torn throne.
