Then one day, she just disappeared, along with my son. I searched for them everywhere, but nothing. Then another mare entered my life. Cosmic Charm her name was. My first mate finally returned, but after seeing Cosmic Charm, she left for good. She would not listen to my explanation. Charm stayed though, and I loved her very much. We also had a foal together. We remained together through the great Split. Then one day, she too disappeared, alnog with our foal. Again I searched, but again nothing. She did not return. Then one named Starr entered. I thought there would never be another. But we started talking, and soon, I found I was wrong. I asked her to be my mate. I thought that surely I wouldn't lose another. But...alas, she disappeared too. Once more I searched for her, and once more I found no trace of her. You ask me why I give up? Three times, Lightseeker. Three times. That is why. Love and I do not get along. We are as much enemies as I am with the horses of the Dark."
