One of the creations of the late Doctor Gero she was made slightly after the creation of androids 17 and 18. Made from both from mechanicle and cloned saiyjin parts. A attempt by the mad man to create a more loyal fighter she was started as a child. However she proved unstable and would not follow orders even worse then the other androids. The saiyjin side of her left her far to aggressive. She was sealed away however this gave her time to dream and to change over time she slowly changed becoming calmer over time. Until upon the destruction of Gero's lab she was lucky to be awakened. Though her body had changed growing her mind still was very much the same though she was calmed in many ways. Changing over time much the same as android sixteen did her desire to kill weakening with the years.
