Subject: U2 Do It Again

After listening today to the 30-second clips that made their way onto the Net, I have to say U2 has done it again.

My first impression is this could be the most radio-friendly U2 album ever. And I mean that in the best way possible. All the music sounds fresh (this ain't no Joshua Tree Part II), but it sounds like U2.

If at least two of these songs (pick from Elevation, Walk On, Wild Honey, Kite or Stuck in a Moment) are not big hits in the States, then it just proves that most Americans have crappy taste in music. Bono was not kidding when he said this would be more of a singles album than previous albums.
