Hopefully this will end the confusion:

As far as I know the U.K. version of ATYCLB has The Ground Beneath Her Feet as a bonus track at the end of the CD. I have that version so maybe it is a "hidden" track, maybe they forgot to add it on the CD, or maybe they put the wrong CDs in those cases. The U.S. version only has the 11 regular songs, BUT...

As an exclusive promotion, there is a limited edition U.S. version that comes with 2-CDs. These were limited to only a couple (about 30) for each of particular stores. Circuit City's 2nd CD (probably) contains Summer Rain, while Best Buy's second CD contains Always. These are 1-track bonus CDs, but if you didn't score one, don't fret. These 2 "bonus" tracks are off of the Beautiful Day single, which was not released in the U.S. (now we know why) but can be found at some U.S. stores or definitely online. Amazon.com also has a "limited edition" of the album listed, though no info as to what is so special about it. Since I actually saw Summer Rain listed as the 12th track on some web store, I'm guessing that this 2-CD version was available from several stores and is probably the Amazon and Circuit City versions. I know for sure that the Best Buy 2-CD version was "exclusive" so only they had Always (which is the one that I have, though Summer Rain is a better song).
