Subject: Tutor Email Change and Online help

Hi Everybody

I hope your studies are all going well and that you are managing to get back into it okay after your summer breaks.

The reason for this email is to let you know that I have had to change my email address. I upgraded my internet access to BT Broadband and although Virgin will let me receive email, they wont let me send any - they don't like the fact I am no longer using their Dial Up Connection.

So will you please update you address books to the following tracey.borland@openworld.com The virgin account will be left active for a few weeks so I will still receive email sent to that address.

There is however an up side to this change to Broadband, as well as giving you assistance by phone and email I will now also be able to give you help online via messenger services and I have set up some accounts, which I will give you the details of below. If you want to use this service you will need to have either AOL Messenger (AIM), MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger or ICQ, these can be downloaded from the following web addresses.

MSN - http://messenger.msn.co.uk/

AIM - http://www.aol.co.uk/aim/

Yahoo - http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com/

ICQ - http://web.icq.com/

Once you have installed and set up the messenger of your choice you can add me to your friend/buddy list by looking for the following IDs

MSN - Tracey_at_Stow@hotmail.com

AIM - Tracey at Stow

Yahoo - Tracey_at_Stow

ICQ - 128466676

Then any time you need help and you see me online you can send me a message.

I hope this service will be of use to you, but if you have any further questions please contact me.

Regards
Tracey
