He stuck out his arm to slide it through the scanner and gave the desk jockey (what the heck did that mean? who cares!) his I.D. file. It was a datapad that directly uplinked information to the base's archive files.

Let these damn maximals read what they wanted to read about him. He also handed over his trusty blaster to the desk-jerk, butt-forward of course.

"There's your info. When I pass your security checks, make sure I get that back." El'Jarrun growled. Now to wait for approval. He wondered what kind of safety measures were enforced for a Maximum Security Prisoner who had a habit of breaking out of prisons and had sweet tooth when it came to cannibalism. He had to talk to the nut-job, but he didn't want to get killed doing it...
