You're a little misinformed on some topics, so let me clear them up:

There is an Al-Asqa group, it's a Palestinian terrorist group like Hamas, and they were responsible for recruiting those kids to blow themselves up. One of the children, who is somewhat mentally retarded, did tell the soldiers at the checkpoint he had a bomb on him. The kids were paid 22 dollars to do their work, I guess they were going to give the money to their families.

As for the ARafat jokes, here's how I broke them down. His saying "we started that practice", the practice is the Palestinian's use of innocents to commit acts of murder while the terrorist leaders stay safe. The ointment/dynamite comment shows that he just wants to encourage more bombing attacks against Israelis. Arafat didn't publicly condem Yassim, but it was a big news story and I wanted to put it in to show Arafat's bloodthirst.

The Saudi Arabia comment was another display of his cowardice; he wants out of there, and he's willing to sacrifice his wife so he can be safe. The tank that burst in was an Israeli tank to wipe him out (which should have been done years ago!) Like you said, the Yugioh was for a pop culture reference. Also, I think their are multiple ways to spell Yasir, some spell it with an E. Thanks for the comments.
