I figured it out myself.
The Nobalzetol commercial at the end of the episode is a rip-off of a previous SNL commercial from before. Kevin Nealon played the husband and Jan Hooks played the wife. The drug was called Balz Off. The premises was the same, the drug makes the husband forget about his "guy-like" activities and helps around the house.
