As usual, this is what comes from trying to rush an update together before hitting the road. The correct index page is now back on the index page. If that accounts for the delay in reviews, then that excuse can no longer hold water! Ah, time to sort through my mountains of junk email - I should have gotten a hotel with free internet after all!
