If you're referring to the famous scene in "Dr. Strangelove: or How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb", Sellers was indeed cast to play the role of Major T.J. "King" Kong, but 1. couldn't perfect a Texan accent, and 2. broke his leg and was only capable of performing three total roles. The role instead went to Slim Pickens, who rides the nuclear bomb bronco-style to the Earth's surface.

Kong: "Survival kit contents check. In them you'll find: one .45 caliber automatic; two boxes of ammunition; four days concentrated emergency raisons; one drug issue containing: antibiotics, morphine, vitamin pills, pep pills, sleeping pills, tranquilizer pills; one miniature combination Russian phrase book and bible; one hundred dollars in rubles; one hundred dollars in gold; nine packs of chewing gum; one issue of prophylactics; three lipsticks; three pair a nylon stockings. Shoot, a fellah could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all that stuff."
